The Humanitarian Aid Program provides temporary financial assistance to Marines and their families who are experiencing serious financial hardship due to circumstances beyond their control. Requestors must complete the Foundation “MCL Foundation Assistance Vetting Form,” available under “Forms” on the MCL Foundation website, and submit all required supporting documentation.

Once a completed request is received, it is reviewed by the Foundation’s Board of Directors, which conducts a thorough vetting process to evaluate the need, circumstances, and supporting information. Upon approval, Foundation assistance is distributed directly to the requestor’s designated payee accounts. Funds are not paid directly to the requestor.
